1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of BizLawwGuide.com and all legal services provided by BizLawwGuide (Business ID: CHE-215.882.441 MWST), including business incorporation, contract drafting, and regulatory advice for entrepreneurs.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is effective as soon as the client confirms a BizLawwGuide proposal in writing or books a legal service online.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices are in CHF plus VAT. Invoices are payable within 15 days. Late payments incur reminder fees and a default interest rate of 6% p.a.

4. Services & Liability Disclaimer

Our legal consulting is provided to the best of our knowledge. We do not accept liability for business outcomes. All recommendations are non-binding suggestions.

5. Refund Policy

As our services are personalized, there is no right of return after contract formation.

• Cancellations up to 72 hours before the appointment are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 72 hours: 60% processing fee applies.
• Services already rendered are non-refundable.
• Refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 business days.
